Eligibility Criteria for LTVP from ICA (Immigration and Checkpoints Authority)
Spouse of a Singapore Citizen: You must be legally married to a Singapore citizen.
Spouse of a Singapore Permanent Resident (PR): You must be legally married to a Singapore PR.
Unmarried Child Aged Below 21: The child must be born within a legal marriage to, or legally adopted by, a Singapore citizen or PR.
Parent of a Singapore Citizen or PR: The Singapore citizen/PR child must be aged 21 and above.
Graduate from an Institute of Higher Learning: You must have graduated from a learning institution on the ICA list.
Parent or Grandparent of a Child Studying in Singapore: Only one applicant (either the parent or grandparent) may apply, and a local sponsor who is a Singapore citizen or PR aged 21 and above is required.
Visitor Seeking Permission to Give Birth in Singapore: A local sponsor who is a Singapore citizen or PR aged 21 and above is required.
Eligibility Criteria for LTVP from MOM (Ministry of Manpower)
Eligible Employment Pass or S Pass holders can apply for a Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) to bring certain family members to Singapore if they earn a minimum fixed monthly salary of $6,000 (based solely on their salary, not combined household income), and be sponsored by an established, Singapore-registered company, typically their employer.
Eligible work pass holders can apply for LTVP for the following family members:
Common-law spouse.
Unmarried handicapped children aged 21 and above.
Unmarried step-children under 21 years old.
Parents – only for those earning a fixed monthly salary of at least $12,000.

How about getting LTVP+ ?
Long-Term Visit Pass Plus (LTVP+) will offer qualified foreign spouses of Singapore citizens increased stability in their stay by granting them an extended residency period. LTVP+ holders will also be eligible for healthcare and employment benefits.
Eligibility Criteria for LTVP +
Couples with at least one child who is a Singapore Citizen from their marriage.
Couples without an SC child may still be eligible, with consideration of:
Duration of marriage (generally more favorable for those married at least three years).
Each application will be assessed on its own merits.
Ability of the sponsor to financially support the family.
Good conduct of both the sponsor and the applicant.
